Work on funnels that actually ship.

Freedom Funnels is a small remote team. We build sales funnels, ad campaigns, and messaging for women entrepreneurs, with Leanne AI doing the first drafts and humans doing the judgment. There are no offices, no daily standups, and no performative hours. We measure output: funnels shipped, members unblocked, numbers moved.

We work fully remote with a four-hour overlap with 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. Beyond that overlap, your schedule is yours.

Full time, remote

Funnel Strategist

Own member funnel builds end to end: audit the offer, direct Leanne AI's drafts, edit until it sounds like the member, and ship.

What you'll own

  • Own six to eight member funnel builds at any one time, from offer audit to live
  • Run the funnel audit queue and turn diagnostics around within 48 hours
  • Lead weekly teardown calls in the community
  • Edit Leanne AI drafts so every page reads like the member, not like a template
  • Track page conversion and cart close rate weekly, and act on what the numbers say

What we need from you

  • Three or more years building funnels for online offers, your own or clients'
  • Three funnels you can show us with real numbers attached
  • Strong copy editing, you can fix a weak headline without a meeting about it
  • Comfortable running live calls with members

Your first 90 days

  • Days 1 to 30: learn the twelve decisions and the Leanne AI pipeline, shadow every teardown call, own two member builds
  • Days 31 to 60: carry a full member load, run your first teardown call solo
  • Days 61 to 90: own the audit queue, and propose one measurable improvement to the frameworks

Full time, remote

Paid Ads Specialist

Set up, launch, and tune member ad campaigns, and keep the ads module honest with what is working right now.

What you'll own

  • Set up ad accounts and launch first campaigns for Done-with-you members
  • Run the weekly scale, hold, or kill review across active member campaigns
  • Maintain the ad review sheet the whole team works from
  • Test hooks and creative from the ads module and feed results back into it
  • Teach one live ads Q&A session a month in the community

What we need from you

  • Two or more years running Meta ads for service or education offers
  • You have managed at least 20 ad accounts or $500K in lifetime spend
  • You read the funnel behind the ad account, not just the ad account
  • You can explain to a non-technical member why their ad was killed, kindly

Your first 90 days

  • Days 1 to 30: audit every active member campaign, learn the frameworks, own five accounts
  • Days 31 to 60: own the full member ad load and the weekly review
  • Days 61 to 90: ship one update to the ads module based on live campaign data
